The Emblem of Israel features a seven branch Menorah with olive branches on each side. On the bottom you have the word Israel in Hebrew.
The design was created by brothers Gabriel and Maxim Shamir and is based on the Prophecy of Zechariah.The Menorah symbolizes the Jewish people and the Temple, while the olive branches represent peace.
On the bottom of this coin are the words Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu wrote onto a note and placed into the Kotel before the attack on Iran: 'A people that rises up as a lioness, and as a lion lifts himself up'.
